7.Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

8.Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification -

9.Supplying and filling in basement with well gravel including watering and ramming to consolidation

10.Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

11.Fabricating supplying and fixing of PU SANDWICH ROOFING PANELS ( PUFF SHEETS ) with approved design 50 mm thick with overall density of 40-42 kg/m3 having total width of 1100 mm and effective width of 1020mm .The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating . The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

12.Flooring with 20mm thick cement concrete 1:3 mix (no sand to be used) using 3mm to 10mmISS gauge HBBG chips and the surface rubbed hard and finished smooth with neat cementEllise pattern surface 1 sort - 1m

13.Plastering with cement mortar 1:5,12mm thick for all internal and external surfaces etc complete

14.Plastering with cm 1:3 20mm thick for all internal and external surfaces as directed by the departmental officers.

15.Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two M.Sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBBG metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

16.Paving the floor with polished Shahabad stones slab of size below 600 X 600mmX20mm thick machine cut edges over the existing bed of concrete with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) to 20mm thick in all floors over white cement slurly layer of 3mm thick over this laid in situ and pointed with white cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment including cutting the shahabad to size with machine cutting, polishing using different grade of corborandum stone, oxalic acid, tin oxide etc., and including hire charges or polishing machinery etc., completed.

17.Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL Window made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame, 35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets ( 18 G ) with 5Nos,of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemental officers.

18.Supply and fixing of Stainless Steel Door Frame of size 100mm x 60mm and 25x25mm including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc

19.Supplying & fixing door shutters for Mediun Density Fiber Board of exterior grade 35 mm thick,single leaf conforming to IS:12406/1989 with 35x12 mm T.W.Lipping on all edges with necessary adhesives and CP screws complying with standard specifications. The rate is inclusive of threee coats of best quality varnish but excluding cost of furniture fittings.such as 300 mm tower bolt 2nos,200mm towerbolt I no. 300mm Aldrop 1 No. Alu handle ornamental type 2 Nos,and 1 No. Door stopper etc complete.

20.Providing & fixing UPVC GUTTER of the following dia with necessary Upvc Runner Drop,Elbow,Elbow drop,Inner Elbow,Inner Elbow Drop,Stop End,Stop End Drop Upvc Bracket,GI clamp etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The size of The Gutter is 5m length, 220mm width,160mm depth,2.5mm thickness, holding capacity 20ltr/Mtr and pipe is to be fixed by means of Upvc bracket and clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.

21.Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.110mm dia PVC Pipe [4 Kg/SqCm]

22.Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5 sq.mm. (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.

23.Supply and Run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection by 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper wire with painting of suitable colour

24.Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan Point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)
