Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

8. Supply and filling with well gravel layer by layer including watering, Ramping etc complete

9. Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Ground Floor

10. Supply and fixing of Grills for windows including cost and conveyance etc.,

11. Weathering course in concrete broken stone brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC slab. The proporation being 32:12:5 for requuired slope and the thickness of roof as required and well beaten with wooden beaters etc., completed

12. Terrace flooring with one couse of pressed tiles of size 23 X 23 in cement mortar 1:3 mix with impermo oil 2% by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortar

13.Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick

14. Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick

15. Daddoing the walls with first quality approved colour glazed tiles with printed design of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

16. Flooring finishing with first quality design ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

17. Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

18. Flooring with C.C. 1:3:6 mix using 40mm metal 100mm thick and top plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick

19. Painting with emulsion paint paint two coats over a priming coat including through cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

20. Painting new iron work for doors, windows, grills, weld mesh sceens etc., two coats etc complete

21. Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan Point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)

22. Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed plug point

23. Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube

24. Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion wiith suitable colour

25. Supply and fixing of 20A DP plug and socket in sheet enclosure with 32A DP MCB in flush with wall with earth connection (For AC Plug) [Legrand (MDS) / Hager (L&T) Make]

26. Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp

27. Supply and filling with 20mm aggregate as per instruciton given by the departmental officer etc., complete

28. Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

29. UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) indows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

30. 31.supply of Ten Hundred ltr. Capacity PVC Water Tank including cost and conveyance of complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers

32.Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved Quality of size 584mm width "P" or "S" trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brickjely concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two sand and five brickjelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.I soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition withour anyleakage etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work)

33..Supplying and fixing of position of Indian make white glazed earthwere wash basin 550mm x 400mm with all accessories such as cost Iron brackets, 32mm dia C.P. Waste coupling, Rubber plug and chain, 32mm dia 'B' class, G.I. Waste pipe, 15mm dia, G.M.Wheel valve, 15mm dia Nylon connection, 15mm dia Brass Nipples, 15mm C.P. pillar tap etc.,

34. Solid PVC Door with frame Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter
