Plain cement concrete with P.C.C 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eigth course aggregate) using 40 mm H.B.G stone for levelling course including cost of mixing cement, placing, ramming and curing etc., complete as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 340Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supply and fixing of CI manhole cover with frame with locking arrangements as directed by TWAD Board Officers. The manhole cover frame and cover should be light weight conforming to IS 1726 / 1974 ( Size 0.6x0.6m)

Providing RCC M30 Ventilator using 20mm HBG stone including cost of all materials, centering,shuttering,strutting,reinforcement, placing of concrete, finishing, curing and fixing in position on the roof slab with mosquito proof net arrangement and etc. complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers. (Size 0.3m dia.)

Supplying and fixing in position of RCC M30 in side access lader of following size using 20mm size HBS jell including cost of all materials, centring, shuttering,strutting, fabrication and placing in position of reinforcement, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of MS out side access lader of following size using 20mm size HBS jell including cost of all materials, centring, shuttering,strutting, fabrication and placing in position of reinforcement, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing and fixing of cut stone (Rough dressed) set in CM 1:3 of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.15 m at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Refilling the outside of the sump with excavated earth(other then sand) complying with standard specification for filling the foundation including watering consolidation etc., complete as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and delivery of DI D/F pipe and specials and other DI specials as per IS 8329/2000 and as per codes amended from time to time for delivery at site of work including all taxes, duties, loading, freight, unloading and stacking at site etc complete and laying & jointing of pipes & specials. Applying two coats of cement paint of approved colour and quality over cement plastered wall surfaces and new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface area and including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD BOARD Officers.

Supply and delivery of 250mm DI Socket / Spigot Pipes for Class K9 as per IS 8329/ 2000 as per codes amended from time to time for delivery at site of work including all taxes, duties, loading, freight, unloading and stacking at site etc complete and laying & jointing of pipes & specials.
