Supplying and Erecting Steel Centering for SIDE WALLS IN DRAIN using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10gauge stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mmx 25mm x3mm including cost of all materials to site and all hire charges and labour charges etc, complete complying with std specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying, centering and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors and fabrication charges etc., complete complying with std specification

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand) mix 20mm thick inculding all cost and conveyance of all labour and material charges etc, complete as per standard. Specification

Supplying and fixing of Bitumen pad 15mm thick including cost of bitumen pad and labour charges etc.,complete as per standard specification

Hire charge for Paver Travelling machine of finishing work with Electrical arrangements including cost of labour charges etc., complete

Conveyance of excavated earth in average lead of 2km including unloading charges and other initial charges etc., complete as per std. specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting Wetmix Macadam with clean, crushed, graded aggregates and granular material and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per standard specification MORTH IV 406

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitumen Emulsion per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advance Patch work using 50mm consolidated thickness by using 1m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bittumen per 1m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat seperately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat seperately over premix carpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for , bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MoRTH Rev - V Specification

Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20 kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materilas to CMP site , heating the bitumen and agregates to the required temperature and mixing them in required temparature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity , conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site , spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sectons and compacted ty Vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen boiler tipper trucks , Paver finisher , Vibratory / pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required , including fuel and all other tools and plant required , including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm graded metal, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm graded metal and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below metal by adding the shredded plastic 10% of bitumen quality 5.03Kg (50.30 x10%=5.03Kg) shredded plastic waste over the aggregate heated to 170 degree celcious in the central hot mix plant mixed well with 45.27kgs of hot bitumen VG30 bitumen (160 degree celious) 60/70 grade for premixing per 10sqm to lay 30mm compacted thick of bituminious concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing Manhole raising arrangments with 60cm dia extra heavy duty fiber Reinforced Concrete frame and cover including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc, complete as directed by departmental Officers

Manufacturing, Supply and installation of Retro Reflective road Name sign board Single Arrow of size 1.00 x 0.50m size made out of wide angle cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67.2010 & Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956 - 09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet back support frame of 25x25x3mm MS angle.Frame supported by 38 OD stainless steel pipe grade 304 AISI with wall thickness of 1.5mm all around and 50 OD pipe vertical post with wall thickness of 2mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30cmx45cm etc, complete. The information message shall be made out of cut out letters in Blue colour transparent overlay film as per IRC 67 - 2010 Guidelines

Providing and fixing reflective road stud with lens reflector of 'category B' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ methyl methercrylate / ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No. RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III, dt.11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm minimum reflective area of 13Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter mot less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the departmental officers. The marker shall support the load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35-2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc, complete.
