Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beam, & Sill Beam etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of Square / Rectangular Columns including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 3250kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30cm) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7760kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no M-Sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-Sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Floor finishing with Granolithic flooring 25mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-Sand and four aggregates] mix using 10mm to 12mm size metal and top rubbed smooth, including cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, watering etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing 38 / 40mm thick Cuddapah Slab including cost, conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and filling of Rough stones etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and filling of HBGS Jelly 40mm size (Course aggregate) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of best quality approved make Cuddapah Slab Sink of size 600mm x 600mm x 200mm including cost of 32mm dia C.P. waste union, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia brass nipple including fixing the sink in position, testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

UPVC Ventilator Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point. (for electronic regulator)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non interlocking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15A 3 pin non interlocking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 4sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed power plug point.

Supply and run of 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains.

Supply and fixing of 20W 4 Feet LED Fitting with LED, using necessary clamps and screws etc., Complete.

Supply, delivery and fixing of 1000 Litres capacity HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting suitable with guard and 15W (100W) LED bulb etc., complete.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5sq.mm copper wire with painting of suitable colour.
