Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation - Plinth Beam

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings ramp etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrte 1:1.5:3 mix ( one cement One and half sand and three aggregate ) including the cost and conveyance of all materials and excluding the cost of steel and centering including the labour charges for mixing, laying of concrete and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS or RTS rods including cutting bending cranking and tying grills in position etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Supply & Delivery of the following size of the fabricated barrel of 1.00 m length and MS pipe as per IS 7322 with out inside lining and outside coating with anti rust painting etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers ( Inner carrying MS pipe 500 mm dis X 10 mm thick. Each length 1.00 m (32M) )

Laying of MS pipe by trenchless-pushing and jacking method. The includes Construction of suitable size of driving pit, receiving pit and construction of RCC thrust well/bed including earth work excavation in all type of soil including SDR, hard rock and other civil works including shoring, strutting and shuttering completed and lowering , the following size of MS encasing pipe into driving pit by using contractor crane machineries and jointing MS pipe by electric welding laying the encasing pipe across the railway line/National Highways /State Highways road/ canal crossing etc., by pushing /jacking method(trenchless technology method) using Contractor’s Machineries such as crans, jacks, jacking materials Generator, welding machineries, comprising, jack hammer and other equipment’s ., grouting the annular space between the casing pipe and executed hole, under traffic condition in all type of soil including SDR, Hard rock without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of trains/buses/lorries/or any other vehicle without any disturbances to the railway/road /canal formation etc., including bailing/pimping of water wherever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply pipe line/telephone cable, electric cable etc., passing nearby area and scooping the earth in convenient place and leveling the site after completion of entire work as directed by TWAD Board Engineers. The rate includes the cost of driving pit , thrust bed / wall and receiving pit to the depth of 0m to 3m and excluding the cost of MS pipes etc., complete. And as directed by TWAD Board officers (Laying of 500mm X 10mm thick MS encasing pipe )
