Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

FOUNDATION AND BASEMENT

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of R.T.S rods including cutting, bending, straightening of rods and tying the reinforcement with necessary binding wire including all cost and conveneyance of materials to site and all labour cost etc., complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

FOUNDATION AND BASEMENT

GROUND FLOOR

Fabricating, supply and fixing in position of MS doors, Windows and Ventilators with single or double leaf using MS angle as outer frame, shutter frame and intermediate stiffner covered with M.S. sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolts, aldrop and hold fast complete with one coat of red oxide primer including all cost of materials and labor charges for fixing in position and conveyance cost etc., complete complying with standard specification

Special ceiling plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 mix , 10mm thick with all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5mix 12mm thick with all cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Finishing the floor with cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick with all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm with uniform guage in pure slacked lime in the proportion of brick jelly to slacked lime being 32 : 12.5 laid in a single layer and consolidated using wooden batters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc., complete complying with standard specification

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm laid in cm 1:3 mix mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortor including all cost of materials and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint of approved colour and quality including priming coat over new iron works etc.,complete complying with standard specification

Painting the walls two coats with approved interior and exterior emulsion of first quality over cement plasterd wall surfaces, celling and other new or old surfaces over one coat of primer using cement paint primer including cleaning the surface and painting with primer , etc. complete complying with standard specification.(The colour and shade of the emulsion shall be got approved by corporation officers before use on works)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator) ( SD 23 )

Wiring with 2 x 1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. Wiring with 2 x 4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire , and making good of the concealed portion, with suitable colour for concealed power plug point ( SD 40 )

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains ( SD 65 )

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains ( SD 70)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.
