Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 3250Kg/ 10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying steel fabricating and placing in position of M.S or RTS bars for all R.C.C works including all cost of steel and binding wire of gauge 16(or) 18 in all floors etc., complete

Plastering cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand) 20mm thick mixed using river sand including cost of materials and labour charges with standard specification.

Picking, Sectioning and leveling the existing earthan road surface to form the sub grade and sectioning.Levelling upto 50mm depth etc., complete as per S.S

Collection and supply of well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance and stacking at road side to departmental gauge for taking pre measurement etc., complete as per specification.

Filling the Collection quantity of Well gravel in layers of not exeding 15cm thick well watering, ramping and consolidatin by hand roller and other but excluding the cost of gravel etc., complete as per specification.

Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labourcharges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Finishing the top of CC Pavement with Power Travel machine including generator charges to power supply and all conveyance of labour charges etc., completed.
