Supply and delivery of (50 LPM x 200m) clear water vertical wet type submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter and should have provision to fix AL drops, tower bolt hinges and lock plates inclusive of cost of all materials etc. complete complying with thew standard specifications.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS: 694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe of 1.8mm thick with ISI mark concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall including the cost of cable, pvc pipe and specials, ceiling rose, flush type 5ams SP mark switch, PVC junction box, 16gauge MS switch box 100mm x 100mm x 75mm covered by laminated hylem sheet 3mm thick, cement, labour and making good of concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC LIGHT point.
