Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

For above GROUND LEVEL

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Special ceiling plastering with cement mortor 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc, complete

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5mix (One cement and five sand) with 12 mm thick etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters shall be pull and push type (Gear operated) made of 18G/3" lathe sections which consist of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below: curtain shall be of 18G/3" lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron / MS clips. For 8'0"(2.45m) high rolling shutter lath sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock plate shall be 10GMS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar.Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. 2 springs shall be supplied. Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high arbon coil springs - 2 springs shall be supplied. Hood cover shall be of 0.8mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mmx25mmx3mm MS angle or gate channel. The rolling shutter in addition to the above should have pulling hook and shall be coated on exposed area with heavy coat of red oxide primer etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

White washing two coaats using best freshly burnt white shell lime in all the floors, including cost of lime blue powder fevicol, type gums, brushes, scaffolding charges etc, complete with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.110mm dia PVC Pipe [4 Kg/SqCm]

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A FTswitch covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wireconnection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator (As per S.D.19) SOR 2023-24

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100Vgrade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x75mm MS switch box inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earthwire connection of 14SWG TC wire for open plug point (SD No.11) 2023-24

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TWround blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC inculated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe ( Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessry angle iron upright and end.(SD No.70)

Supply and fixing of (TNEB) meter Board suitable for 32A Three Phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A netrual link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1"thick an either side with painting with suitable bold and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC suited copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit. Supply and fixing of 32A TPN metal clad switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with PWD earthing.(SD - 163)

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.(SD - 50)

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated Cu Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class'B') bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports.(SD - 56)
