Note:( The colour and quality shall be approved from the E.E before use only one particular size of ceramic wall tiles to be used for one building)

Suppling and fixing of polished Synthetic grey paradise 20mm thick of best quality laid in cement motar 1:3 (one of cement three of Msand)complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of colour glazed wall tiles laid in cement mortar 1:2( One of cement and two of Msand) 10mm thick for wall facing / dadoing ,skirting over the plastered surfaces including cost of tiles fixing in position cutting the tiles to the required size wherever necessary pointing the joints with white/ colour cements neatly curing, finishing including cost of cement mortar etc all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental oficers. Note:( The colour make and quality shall be approved from the E.E before use.Only one particulars size of ceramic wall tiles to be used for one building)

Supplying and fixing in position of stainless steel hand rails with Balustarder for stair case with top hand railing pipe of 50.80 mm dia with 40mm vertical post at 1000mm interval to a height of 900 mm with horizontal support fabrication pipes of 38.30 mm dia - 5 line, pipe design with 12 mm dia pipe connecting two vertical and bottom horizontal pipes and fixing 100 mm dia ring with 12 mm dia base cup for every vertical post all stain less steel pipes are 1.60 mm thick pipe, 304G to be fixed and fabrication with gas tungsten arc welding, fixing with lock fix paste and cleaning with passivation paste to remove the welding film with fine polishing including drilling the tiles or granite including conveyance, loading unloading etc all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The quality of all the materials should be got approved before use on works)

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of tubular 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. White washing two coats using clean shell lime slacked and screened including cost of lime, gum, blue brushes, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the New Walls with two coats of approved Plastic Emulsion paint over one coat of primer with two coats of putty to Cement Plastered wall surface

Painting the new walls two coats with best approved quality weather shield exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer including cost of brushes, emulsion paints scaffolding curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking paver block M40 grade 80mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver block in size of minimum compresive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shape of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping transporting loading , unloading of laying paver block etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
