Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying, erecting mild steel with shuttering using MS sheets stiffened with MS angles, laid over country wood joists and side supported with casurina props for plain cement concrete wall works strutting of centering using 10 to 13 cm dia including all labour charges etc., completed. as directed by the departmental officer.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Providing and Layong in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS : 456 - 2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 Cu.m). 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 Cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., Complete complying with standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Chain Link Fencing 2"x2" using 10 Gauge Galvanised iron wire of all size including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., Complete, and as directed by departmental officers.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one Cement and five Sand) 12 mm thick etc., complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement, two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of 1st class quality and of approved color over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required

Painting new iron work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification

Suplying and planting of Mexican lawn in & australian dipling method etc., Complete with all laboour, lead and lift and as directed by the engineer-in charge. (All labour, materials, tools and plants etc., by contractor)

Providing following type of plants for park lawn area including finishing and labour charges cost and conveyance of all material at site etc., complete as per standard specification.
