Installation of vertical bored pile of 450mm diameter in all types of soil using Design Mix concrete of grade M30 with OPC cement, fine aggregate (M- Sand), 20mm and downgraded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate includes the cost of boring to the required depth with Bentonite solution with Temporary casing of required length, conveyance of materials and pouring concrete including all tools and plants shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another. Excavation of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite solution, closing the mud pits to the original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the Departmental officers. To carry a safe working load not less than than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the Bentonite solution, machinary and labour charges etc., all complete.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50 intial lead and 2m intial lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement withCrushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.
