Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying fabricating and placing in of position steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed for steel for all and RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Brick Work in CM1:5 (one cement and five sand) mix using uniformaly well burnt country bricks of size 230 x 115 x 75mm including curing etc., complete Upto Basement complying with std specification. First floor

Brick Partition Walls using III nd class Country bricks of size 8 3/4"X4 1/4"X 2 3/4" in C.M 1:3 using hoop iron reinforcement,if found necessary standard specification including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification - 10 sqm for first floor

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings ramp etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.Fully panelled Double leaf - Door 1.00m x2.10 m

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surfaces of RCC works such as RCC Slabs, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase, waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick. Including hacking and providing necessary and as nosing, beading etc., Wherever necessary and as directed with the cement mortar etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick., in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with SHAHAPATH kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

White washing two coat using best freshly burnt white shall lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevical type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete with std specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Supplying and fixing in position approved quality PVC Rain water down fall pipe of following diameter including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, clamps, teak, wood plugs, braws screws etc., and fixing of cast iron granting at junction of parpet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removable cast iron grattings. The size of teak wood plugs to be used shall be 150mm x 25mm in front and 200mm x 75mm in all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The PVC pipe shall be fixed with teak wood plugs by means of 'u' clamp at the centre of the pipe line shall be fixed in addition to these for more than 3 metre pipe length complying with std specifications

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrates etc., with best approved first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (Paints should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work)
