5. Providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm hbg metal including all cost etc complete

6. Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. 7. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M Sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

8. Supplying and fabricating and placing in postion MS or RTS Bar reinforcement to all RCC Works as per the design given including cost of steel and bending wire also all floors.

9. Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

10. Plastering for RCC exposed surfaces, such as sunshade, beam, Roof ceiling, plastering 1:3 to 10mm thick inclding all cost etc complete.

11. Plastering in CM 1:5 to 12 mm thick incuding all cost etc complete.

12. Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanized iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

13. Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc., Size : 0.60 X 1.85 = 1.11 m2

15. Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

14.Flooring finishing with first quality design ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

15. Daddoing the walls with first quality approved white glazed tiles of size 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

16. Supply and fixing of Gate and truss with MS Angles and grills including labour charges complete as per the direction of the Departemental officers

17.Supplying and fixing Puff Roofing sheet of 50mm thickness and Rectangular hollow steel tubular box section of 98x50x3mm of including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

18. Painting with enamel paint two coats over one coat of primer coat for iron doors layer by layer with equal intervals using good quality approved colour paint including all cost etc complete.

19. Conveyance of excavated earth and dismantled depreeze from site to 15 km including all cost etc complete

20. Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq mm(56/.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 v Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.

21. Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/3.0) PVC insulated unsheathed single core unsheathed copper Conductorcable of 1100V grade in suitableheavy gauge MS conduit pipeon wall and celling with M.S accessories inflush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS swithbox with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking CS plug with continuos earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed plug point.

22. Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/3.0) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessorie in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A switch with continous earth wire connection of SWGTC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC open light/Fan Point (For electronic regulator) (5 Points per coil)

23. Supply and fixing of Double pole 32 Amps MCP 240V/415 V 50 HZ-AC supply on suitable TW board including all cost etc complete.

24. Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting etc, complete as per standard specifications SD-83

25. Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including through cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

26. Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading,unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,
