Supplying and erecting steel sheet centering shuttering upto 3.30 m. height including necessary support for plain surfaces for all RCC works in grade beam, beam, slab, waist slab, column, sunshade etc. using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm 10 gauge and stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid silver oak joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm center to center and supported by casurina propes 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced 75cm center to center complete. Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Removal of excess earth 2km away from site using tipper lorries including loading and inloading charges and all labour charges as instructed by the Departmental Offices etc,complete as per standard specifications .

Supply and Fixing of 110mm Dia PVC Pipe of 10KSC, to fixed on the side walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification

Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, sand, silt or other loose soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock reqiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officrs with initial lead and lifts and cleaning, levelling, the site etc., complete as per SS 20B for foundation

Providing of Granular Sub base using 53-22.40mm (53mm metal, 46.50mm metal,45mm metal, 37.50mm metal,26.50mm metal, 25mm metal, 22.40mm metal) Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labourcharges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, One and Half sand, Three aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed

Supply and fixing of 25mm thick Bitumen Pad to the required depth of good quality. The rate shall inclusive of all charges such as labour charges, cutting charges etc, complete as per standard specification
