The required prior work experience for the bidder includes being at least a CLASS I contractor, currently registered with any State Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking, and having experience in Civil Engineering Construction. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years. They should have satisfactorily completed similar nature work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed building works or pre-fabricated truss work with a value of not less than Rs. 25.00 Lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the past three years. They should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender. They should have a Project Manager with at least five years of experience and site Engineers with at least three years of experience. The bidder should submit the audited balance sheet for the last five years and provide details of major building works and other civil engineering construction works completed in the past five years.
