Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or tar steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, blinding, welding etc. including cost of MS or RTS rod and binding wire, all labour and materials complete

Providing and laying in position ,standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete of 325kg/M3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete , improve workability without perparing strength and durability with about ( 5 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crused stone jelly and with about (3.30cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crused stone jelly and with about (4.79cu.m) 7670kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges , centering and shuttereing and also including laying , vibrating with machanical vibrators ,finishing curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should be comply with the requirments of IS standards.( No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials).charges

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) using best quality country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site in super sector curing etc. complete. Complying with standard specifications and has directed by departmental Engineers. Including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site etc.

Flooring with Vetrified flooring tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour and quality of required size laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick and pointing with the same mortar complete and finish very neatly etc complete

Roofing with Pre painted Galavalume sheet 0.47mm thick with necessary bolt and nuts and washers including allmaterials and labour charges etc complete - 10m2

Special Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement Three sand) 10 mm thick etc., Complete.

Supply and Fixing of Oranamental M.S. Grill Gate Including Cost of Matrial , Labour Charges for Cutting ,Bending, Welding, Fixing of holdfast, Guide rails, Guide rollers, One Coat of Primer, Loading, Convance, Un Loading and fixing in Position etc Complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5(one cement five sand) 12 mm thick etc., Complete.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand & four aggregates) mix using 10mm ISS gauge HBGG metal including cost of materials and all labour charges etc., complete and fixing broken glass pieces on concrete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of solar Reflective ceramic tiles of size 305mm x 305mm x 7mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and mixed with for 10m2/4kg epoxy compound conforming to ISS including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of GI Steel Shutters for doors to Required size and Shape using 20Gauge GI steel and 45x45x5mm MS Angle for Frame with 25x6mm flats for diagonal including cost of cutting bending welding riveting etc. including hinges and tower bolts locking arrangements etc., with one coat of primer etc.

Manufacturing,supplying & fixing in position Steel windows of MS sheet 20 gauge thick with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section confirming to IS 7452/ 1990.The outer frames of windows made of Z section (F7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3 mm confirming to IS 7452 / 1992 mullions are made of (F4B) of section size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS7452/1990.The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T'section (T2) of size 25x22x3m, 2nos of sturdy hinges and one numbers of handle cum slatch of special type are fixed for with openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its any operation. One number of adjustable stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter 4 nos. of 40x40x3mm angle hold fast 230mm length are welded to the outer frame at appropriate point. M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacings ,20gauge MS sheet is used for covering the shutter. Grill members are painted with one coat of primer.
