Providing and laying in position ,Standarised Mix M-30 grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken gtranite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 4000kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, inlcuding asmixture (Plasticiser/super Plasticiser) in recommended propotions as per IS :9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete .improve workability without impairing strenght and durability with about (5.0cum)7730Kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum) 5156Kg o 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m)7670k of sand but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centring and shuttering and also including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators .finishing curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as direccted by the departmental officers.The coarse and fine aggregrates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards ( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant.The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bent rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using Country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting Two coats with approved cement paint without primer with over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

MOTOR FITTINGS AND PIPELINE

Supply and delivery of 40 HP vertical Hollow/Solid shaft Squirrel cage induction motor (IS 325 ) suitable for the above pump continuous rated TEFC/SPDP type with Class 'F' insulation for operation in AC, three Phase/50 HZ (±5%), 415V (±10%) running with a speed of pump noted above and with inbuilt thrust bearing assembly capable of taking up the entire load and non - reverse ratchet assembly etc., complete. The motor rating noted above is the minimum and shall be such that it should never be over loaded when the pump works at MWL condition and shall be 10% over and above the maximum HP absorbed by the pump.
