Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement,one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm ,gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including cost and coveyance from an approved quarry and including all the labour curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position anodised aluminium natural colour matt finish Two track sliding windows/openable windows in all floors with gutter arrangement to drain the water made with extruded aluminium section of the sizes given below with necessary acessories such as rubber beading. best quality runner, lock, handle supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labour power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column/ floor slab/masonry wall wherever necessary with power drills and made same to original condition after fixing etc.,complete .The aluminium sections are to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accoradance with ISI 1868/1962, for an average anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns All aluminium sections and furniture fittings should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before use on works.

Providing Expension joint for using Nitoseal PU40 gray 600ml including cost conveyance of all materials and applying for Loubar etc ., Completed as directed by departmentel officer.

Providing RCC non Pressure Spun pipe with socket and spigot ends as per IS 458/2003 manufactured with sulphate resistant cement with 12 mm HI alumina lining with rubber ring joint ect., Completed as per directed by departmentel officer
