The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past five years. They should have satisfactorily completed similar nature work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. They should also have satisfactorily completed CC Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactory completed at least one building work or pre-fabricated truss work with a value of not less than Rs.25.00 Lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the past three years. The bidder should furnish details of major building works and other civil engineering construction works completed in the past five years, including the name of work, value of work, name of employer, nature of work, and certificate issued by the competent authority. The bidder is also required to have a Project Manager with at least five years of experience and site engineers with at least three years of experience. The bidder should submit the audited balance sheet for the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed mentioned are 50% of the value put to tender and Rs.25.00 Lakhs.
