Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 3250kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30cm) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7760kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

For Superstructure in Ground Floor

Plain Cement concrete in 1:8:16 [one cement, eight M-sand and sixteen course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for dummy columns including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement four P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC door shutters with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rebate for housing the shutter etc., complete complying with standard specification..

Supplying and fixing in position Colour glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of size 580mm x 440mm of approved quality with 'P' (or) 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix [one lime, two M-sand and five brick jelly] 100m thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to the cast iron soil pipes / PVC pipes by dismantling the brick masonry, reinforced concrete roof / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Glazed Model Floor Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC / 12.5 litres capacity porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as, 15mm bras connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The EWC and flushing tank with all accessories should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Fabrication, supplying and fixing in position of 'N' type ventilators using MS angles of size 25x25x5mm for frame and MS tee of size 25x25x3mm MS flat of size 20x3mm for fixing the weld mesh. Special type for hold fast welded to the frame of 45 degree inclined towards centre for wall and fixing the weldmesh 25mm square, including cost of 3mm thick pin headed glass panes for all panels and fixing the glass panels with necessary clips and putties with required bolts, nuts and washers and one coat of red oxide primer etc., including necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no M-Sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-Sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with 10mm thick Ceramic Tiles of size 300mm x 600mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with 20mm thick Cement based Hydraulically Pressed Anti-Skid (EUROCAN) tiles (Pattern design) in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position of C.I Manhole cover (heavy duty with frame) of size 60cm x 60cm with best approved quality etc., complete as per standard specification.
