Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. .

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all Reinforced Cement Concrete items of work including cost of steel, transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding etc., including cost of binding wire etc., complete as per standard specificaitons.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finigym smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

In foundation and basement

In Ground floor

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL DOOR size 1.00 x 2.10m made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets (18G) with 5 Nos, of stiffners using M.S Flats of size 25 x 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3 Nos,of Hinge incase of single shutters / 6 Nos, of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropiate intervals and provisions shall be make for Towe bolts 2 Nos, Aldrop 1 No. The frame shall be provided with 6 Nos, of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 x 6mm M.S Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be Provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts, hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing in position Cement based hydruali-cally pressed Anti-Skid tiles (pattern design) 20 mmthick in cement mortar 1:3 - 20 mm thick & pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete.as per standard specification

Supplying, Fabricating, Erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or boleted type using MS Channesl, Angles, plates and round bars etc., Conforming to IS Specification including Primer Coating and Enamel Painting as per Design given by the Departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of Metal Coated Sheet Aluminium Zinc Alloy (Galvanized in gms per sqm total of both side AZ 1:50 as per ASTMA 792 or AS 1397) in Roofing of not less than 0.50mm thick (Over all) the material shall have yield stress of 550 MPA for the sheets with including Lip has side la and 150mm Longitutuional Lap for each sheet with fixing accssories for self drilling screw labps having (EDPM) incluidng cost of materials, Labour charges etc complete., as directed by the departmental Engineers

Provision for Good Service Tax 12%.

Provision for labor welfare fund 1% for Estimate Amount.
