The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in construction of Civil works/Road works. Specifically, the bidder should have: - Site Engineer: B.E Civil with not less than 10 years experience - Site Supervisors: Diploma (Civil) with not less than 5 years experience The bidder should have completed BT or BT Paver Block road and CC Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have proof of being in the Civil Engineering construction field for at least the past five years and should submit the audited balance sheet for the last five years. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five financial years. It is also mentioned that 50% of the estimated quantity of certain works will be considered, such as providing and laying 50mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam and providing and laying Bitumen concrete to 30/40mm.
