Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement,one and half sand& three course aggregate) using20mm gauge hand broken/and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wher ever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using III class country bricks of size 8 3/4 "X4 1/4 "X 2 1/4 " including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Picking the existing cement plaster surface the chipping materials clearing away from the site and cleaning etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 20 mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 20 mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (one cement,five fine aggregates and ten coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISSHBG metal including costand conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing,laying and labour charges etc.,complete as per standard specification

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make,quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar1:3(one cemen tthree sand)20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rateof0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer.The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Pointing with Cement Mortar (1:3) slabs and tiles to full depth of tiles (Marble slabs,pressed tiles,ornamental tiles) - 10sqm

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed. -100sq.m S.I.333

Painting old wall surface with Two coat of Plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality including cleaning of plaster surface with soap soda and water by manual labour.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the Old iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Painting two coats with approved black oxide for Old Black board over the cement plastered surfaces including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supplying and fixing in position White Glazed European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm 'P'os'S'' trap with Double flappe drigit P.V.C.seat cover with C.P.brasshinges with 12.5 litres PVC Low Leve lFlushing Tank with all internal fittings etc.,complete complying with standard spoecifications ,labor inclusive of fixing low level flushing tank.
