The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Construction of Civil Engineering works, with specific experience requirements for different roles: * Project Manager: 15 years of experience * Project Engineer: 15 years of experience * Site Engineers: 10 years of experience * Site Supervisors: 5 years of experience The bidder should have completed similar works, with the following requirements: * The lead partner in a consortium should meet not less than 50% of the qualifying criteria. * Other partners in a consortium should meet individually not less than 25% of the qualifying criteria. * All partners in a consortium should collectively meet 100% of the qualification criteria. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed civil works of similar nature in their own name in a single agreement for a value of not less than Rs. 340.00 Lakhs (50% of the Value of work put to tender) in any one of the last five years. They should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs. 679.00 Lakhs (100% of the value of work put to tender). The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed specific quantities of work in any of the past five financial years, including Plain Cement Concrete (50 Cum), R.C.C. (not less than M20 grade, 150 Cum), Wet Mix Macadam (WMM, 50 Cum), Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 304L Grade (20 RM), Reinforcement steel bar (25 MT), and Centering Materials (700 Sq m).
