M-20 CONCRETE - Providing and laying in position, standarised design mix M-20 Grade using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.70 cu.m.)940.50Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (2.80 cu.m.)462.00Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed jelly and with about (4.25 cu.m.)701.25Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever neccessary without clambing extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requierments of IS 383-2016. Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on work

Paving the floor with Ceramic Tiles concrete step tiles of best approved quality, colour and size by the departmental officers, laying in all floors over a base layer of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pointing neatly with same clour cement at 0.30 Kg/ Sq.m cost inclduing finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surface etc., as directed by the departmental officers cost including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats with approved EXTERIOR EMULSION paint with one coat of primer over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cost of one priming coat, Cost of all materials, all labour charges, brushes, cleaning preparing the surface,scaffolding charges and curing charges etc, complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats over new iron work for doors , windows and ventilators iron bars weld mesh wire mesh screen, steel bars flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing tred oxide primer in all floors The rate inclusive of cost of all materials and labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL DOOR made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame,35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets (18 G) with 5Nos, of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position of MILD STEEL WINDOWS with openable shutters, outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections conforming to I.S. 7452/1990. The outer frames and shutter frames of windows made out of ' Z ' section ( F.7D ) of size 25 X 20 X 3mm and confriming to I.S.7452/1990. Mullions are made out of ( F.4B ) ' J ' sections of size 46 X 25 X 3mm and confriming to I.S. 7452/1990. The shutter shall be individual and each of them can be operated seperately. Sash bars shall be made of " T " ( T 2 ) of size 25 X 25 X 3mm. Four numbers of 40 X 40 X 3mm angel hold fasts of 230mm length should be welded to the outer frame of sturdy hinges and one number of handel-cum-latch of special type shall be left for its easy operation. One number of adjustable wind stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter. Mild steel square guard bars of 12mm size shall be welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not exceeding 100mm spacing and 18G CRC sheet for shutter panes and welded with shutter frame. The shutter shall open outside and all members of the window frames / shutter frames shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer and the rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges for fixing,one coat of primer,welding charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work, loading and unloading and all other incidental charges (Rate is inclusive of dismandling the masonry or making holes ie. R.C.C Column Beam etc,. whereever necessary to the extend required with power driller and redooing the same to the original condition etc.) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers in all floors.

The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the cnetre of the pipe screwed to the plugs.
