Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using III class country bricks of size 83/4"X41/4"X 21/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT For Basement Floor

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Paving hydraulic Mosaic tiles of size 20x20x2cm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Manufacturing Supply and Fixing of Retro Reflective Road Name sign board single arrow big size out if wide angle cuble corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32 NB stainless steel pipe all around and 65 NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmX30cmX45cm complete. The information message shall be made out cut out letters in blue transparant overlay film as per IRC 67-201 Guidelines , 7years pre qualification warrenty for Retro Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacture & a certified copy of three years out door exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor.
