The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Supplying and filling of Quarry Rubbish laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dismantling the existing Brick / Stone masonry in cement mortar walls including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick partition wall of 11cm thickness in CM 1:3 mix using best Second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks 9"x4⅜"x2¾" bricks having 350kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications and using hoop iron reinforcement if necessary (The hoop iron quantity to be measured and paid separately) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

UPVC WindowSupplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Window of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-Sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Double Charged Vitrified Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick of walls and floors and pointed with the same colour cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles of all colours in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with the same coloured cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 20mm thick Cement based Hydraulically Pressed Anti-Skid (EUROCAN) tiles (Pattern design) in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification

Dadooing the walls with Colour Designed glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with best quality 20mm thick Granite Slabs (Ruby Red, Raw Silk) (Super fine polished with Machine cut edges) in cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three M-sand) and pointing with white cement and colouring pigments to the colour of slabs including the cost of nosing, grooving etc., complete complying with standard specification.
