Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix (one cement and five M-sand) using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Special Ceiling Plastering and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs etc. with C.M. 1:3 mix, to 10mm thick as directed by the depart. officers etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, to 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Daddoing the walls with first quality colour glazed tiles of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make colour water closet of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap and foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position levelling complete with necesary connection as per standard specification

Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including through cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc.,

Paving the floor with Vitrified floor Tiles of Size 60x60 cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand )20mm thick using first quality marbonite tiles of size 60x60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in postion so as to make perectly smooth and to alignment etc.,complete complying with standard specification

Wiring with 2x15 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC Insulated SC unsheathed CU conductor of 1100V grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceilling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A.F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of concealed portion with suitable colour PVC concealed light or fan point.

Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.110mm dia PVC Pipe [6 Kg/SqCm]

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three sand and six aggregate ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification
