Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of M.S (or) ribbed Tar steel for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting and fabricaton and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Brick Partition Walls using II class ground moulded chamber bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 23/4" in C.M 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using hoop iron reinforcement,if found necessary standard specification including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar in mix 1:3 (one cement and Three sand), 10mm thick including cost and conveyence of all meterials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar in mix 1:5 (one cement and Five sand), 12mm thick including cost and conveyence of all meterials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Collection, supply and fixing of cuddapha slab of 40 mm thick of best approved quality and size by the departmental officers cost including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position Cement based hydrualically pressed Anti-Skid tiles (pattern design) 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54. Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers.etc., complete.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 23cm x 23cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in cementmortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2 % by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats over new iron work for doors , windows and ventilators iron bars weld mesh wire mesh screen, steel bars flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing tred oxide primer in all floors The rate inclusive of cost of all materials and labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The paint should be got approved by the Municipal Engineer before use on work)

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sq.mm [22/0.3] PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T.switch with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light & Fan point as per standard specification,. SD22.

Wiring with 2x4sqmm (56/0.3mm) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Cable conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge M.S.conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with M.S.accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 15A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour,with continuous earthwire connection by 14 SWG TC wire for open power plug point. SD 13

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earthwire connection of 14SWG TC wire for open plug point. SD 11

Supplying and fixing of 18w LED Tub light fitting approved qulity including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supply and run of 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains etc., complete as per standard specification. SD 65

Providing and fixing PVC. Rainwater Downfall pipes of 110mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other speicals, clamps, screws, nails, teakwood plugs etc., complete including cost of all materials. The rate is to include cost of removable cast iron Gratings of appropriate size. The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the cnetre of the pipe screwed to the plugs. The special type of 'U' clamps at the centre of the pipe to be fixed in addition to these for more than three metres pipe length etc., complete cost including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.
