Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. M-20 CONCRETE - Providing and laying in position, standarised design mix M-20 Grade using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.70 cu.m.)940.50Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (2.80 cu.m.)462.00Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed jelly and with about (4.25 cu.m.)701.25Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever neccessary without clambing extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requierments of IS 383-2016. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the exces usage of materials as per design mix.)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-1/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of single phase panal board with necessary volt meter, Ammeter and all othe required accessories of ISI make including all cost and conveyancy charges etc complete.

Supply and delivery of 3 core copper flat 4sqm cable as per IS 694 : 1990 . Including packing, loading, frieght, unloading & Stocking, transit insuraance., third party inspection charges etc

Supply and delivery of HDPE Pipe 50mm including cost of pipe and laying etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank Capacity 2000 litres as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc., as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of (TNEB) meter Board suitable for 32A Three Phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A netrual link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1"thick an either side with painting with suitable bold and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC suited copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit. Supply and fixing of 32A TPN metal clad switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with PWD earthing.(SD - 163)

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.(SD - 50)

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated Cu Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class'B') bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports.(SD - 56)
