The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed building works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a government department/board/government undertaking. The bidder should also have specific educational qualifications and experience, such as a B.E Civil degree holder with 5 years of experience or a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed at least one third of the value of work by the end of the 1st month, and the work should be completed in all respects by the end of the 6th month. Liquidated damages of 0.1% of the unfinished value of work will be levied per day till completion. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have prior work experience of at least three years in the building works or field, and should have completed UGSS Internal plumbing work of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding past years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking.
