Providing and laying in position, standardized concrete mix M-20 grade in accordance with IS 456-2000, using 20mm and below graded hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete of 325kg/m3 and maximum water content ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticizer / super plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without preparing strength and durability with about (5 cum) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should be comply with the requirements of IS standards (No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials) charges.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Supplying and fixing MS grill to doors windows and ventilators etc. using 20mm x 6mm as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill and labour charges including one coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete

Manufacturing,supplying & fixing in position Steel windows of MS sheet 20 gauge thick with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section confirming to IS 7452/ 1990.The outer frames of windows made of Z section (F7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3 mm confirming to IS7452/1992 mullions are made of (F4B) of section size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS7452/1990.The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T'section (T2) of size 25x22x3m, 2nos of sturdy hinges and one numbers of handle cum slatch of special type are fixed for with openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its any operation. One number of adjustable stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter 4 nos. of 40x40x3mm anngle hold fast 230mm length are welded to the outer frame at appropriate point.M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacings ,20gauge MS sheet is used for covering the shutter. Grill members are painted with one coat of primer.

Windows- 1.00 X 0.90 m

Flooring with 20mm thick cement concrete 1:3 mix (no sand to be used) using 3mm to 10mm ISS gauge HBBG chips and the surface rubbed hard and finished smooth with neat cement Ellise pattern surface

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement Threee sand) 10 mm thick etc., Complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) 12 mm thick etc., Complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of 1st class quality and of approved color over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required

Painting two coats with best approved quality colour enamel paint for new Iron Works excluding priming coat including cost and conveyance of enamel paint etc.

Supplying and fixing of Cudappa slab of 20/30/40/50mm thick for Cup board including cost of materials and labour etc complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathedCu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with Meatl switch box and 5A Ornamental Modular switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator).SD-23

Supply and Fixing of 5A 3Pin and Combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush type switch condealed in suitable MS Box in flush with wall and concealed with 3mm thick hylem sheet. -SD-139

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.SD-88
