EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing pile foundation using 230mm dia aguar etc as per officers etc completed

Supply and filling of well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all labour and material charges etc complete

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting SHUTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as BEAM, STAIRCASE STEPS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 (One cement one & half sand and three aggregate) using machine crushed / Hand Broken 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2 :4 (one cement, two MSand & four course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. (RCC Works)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Refilling with excavated sand complying with standard specification for fillin in foundation and basement

Fly ash Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9" * 43 /8" * 23 /4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost).

Plastering with cement mortal 1:5 mix using 12 mm thick ) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per stand specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement and three (M Sand ) 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per stand specification.

Apply of acrylic polymer coating with Bosco lastic to component, two coat after cleanin the existin surface.

Daddoing the walls with first quality approved colour glazed tiles with printed design of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

Providing ceramic tile flooring using CM 1:3 mix of apparoved colour complete direction as per the departmental officers

Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L"angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc., Size : 0.60 X 1.85 =1.11 m2

Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved Quality of size 584mm width "P" or “S" trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brickjely concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two sand and five brickjelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.1 soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition withour anyleakage etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work)

supplying and fixing of position of Indian make white glazed earthwere wash basin 550mm x 400mm with all accessories such as cost Iron brackets, 32mm dia C.P.
