Supply and fixing of Pedestal Signboard of size 1800mm x 1600mm made out of retro reflective sheeting of Wide Angle Cube Corner Micro prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2012 & Type XI standards fully covered over 2 mm thick Aluminium. The background color of retro- reflective material shall be in Blue and text shall be in white. The item includes erection of support structure of steel section of size 250 NB (M) Vertical Pipe, 80 NB (M) horizontal pipe and 40 NB (M) Pipe for Strauss supported on a suitable Back support frame of L angle & other support structure and earthwork excavation & RCC foundation, 2 coats of approved color synthetic enamel painting to the steel surfaces, including curing, cost of all materials, labor, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc complete as per the approved structural specification / direction of the engineer in- charge

Supply and fixing of Map type Retro Reflective sign board of size 3000mm x 3000mm made out of retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956 – 09 & as per IRC 67-2012 specifications fully covered over 2mm thick aluminium and back support frame MS angle of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, supported by a vertical posts of ISMC100X50 Channel post firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation of size 600mm x 600mm x 1000mm with M15 grade cement concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation, cost of all materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete. The sign board background shall be blue in color with letters and border in white. 10 years pre- qualification warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflective sheeting from the sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 including 3 years outdoor weather exposure report for the retro reflective sheeting offered shall be submitted by the contractor for technical qualification in the tender

Providing and Fixing of Retro-Reflectorised Hazard Marker Traffic signs made out of High Intendity Prisamtic grade sheeting confirming to TypeIX standards IRC67-2012 and ASTM D 4956-09 specification and fixed over Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60mbelow ground level.THe sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and fimly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyence of all materials ,equipment,machinery labour with all leads and lifts,loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directd by theengineer incharge.High intendity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum co efficient of Retro Reflection as per Table 6.6of IRC 67-2012.The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012( as per MORTH specification 801)
