Supplying and Erecting of centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering to the required height for RCC works with standard Specifications etc. Complete

Reinforced cement concrete M25grade 1:1½:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three blue course aggregate of 20mm size hard broken stone) for the following items. The rates excluding the cost of stone for the following items. The rates excluding the cost of supplying, fabricating and placing in opposition of MS / RTS Grills for reinforcement and centering, strutting & shuttering, but including cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, vibrating, consolidating, finishing and curing the concrete etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Plain Cement Concrete in 1:2:4 (one part of cement , Two of part of sand and four part of broken stone) using 20mm ISS size hard granite machine crushed metal from approved quarry to working site including cost of conveyance of all materials to working site and all labour charge for mixing, placing, compaction, finishing and curing by the direction of departmental engineers instruction etc, complete and as per standard specification

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement and five part of sand) using best quality country bricks from approved quarry to working site including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site and all labour charges for simeltaneous pointing with same mortar by the direction of departmental engineers instruction etc, complete and as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.-10 cum

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Design Hilux (or) Equivalent Board False Ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level -Using Perforated Sheets 10mm thick of the following types with G.I. perimeter channel of size 0.55mm tk (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimetre of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centres.
