Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor)Plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, rectangular square Tee or Ell beam, lintels, bed blocks staircase waist slab, landing slab, landing beams, portico beams, portico slab, etc.

Finishing the top of floor with Granolithic Finish with CC 1: 2: 4 (one cement, two sand & four HBG jelly) using chips of grade 10 mm and below for 25mm thickness and rubbed smooth etc, complete as per standard specification

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position TMT rod Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Providing and Layong in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS : 456 - 2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 Cu.m). 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 Cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., Complete complying with standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

The fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class country bricks of size 230X110 X 70mm including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Supplying and fixing of M.S Grill works including all labour and material charges etc.,complet as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of 1st class quality and of approved color over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 3 phases 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1½ feet using angle iron of size 1½"x1½"x1¼" rigidly fixed on wall covered with Hylum sheet of size 2 feet x ½ of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 nos. 63A fuse units (500V) 1 No. Neutral link, copper earth flat size 1" x ¼" with inner connection of EB meter fuse units by 7/16 PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete (SD No 129)
