Brick Work in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size ( 9” x 4 3/8” x 23/4 “ )from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand))10mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) (One part of Cement and four part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309).

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand))12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications

Supply and delivery of 10 HP Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP , Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.

Supply and delivery of 10HP Star-Delta starter confirming to IS 13947 and IEC60947-1 suitable KW rating for operation in AC/ Three Phase/50HZ (+/- 5%) and 415V (+/-10%) including 3 pole magnetic contactor with under voltage release - 3 nos., CT operated Ammeter (65 mm dia) with suppressed scale, Voltmeter (65mm dia), Voltmeter selector switch, Miniature circuit breaker, Thermal Overload relay, Air Break contactors suitable for next Standard higher KW rating, Single phasing preventor, dry running preventor and On/Off Push button switches, wiring with 1 sq.mm/4 sq. mm copper pvc insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box, including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).

Supply and fixng of TNEB meter board suitable for 3 phase 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1/2 feet of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 63A fuse units (500V), 1 No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1" x 1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 7/16 PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete

Supply and fixing of 63A TPNMC switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with PWD earthing

Supply and laying of 3 core 4 sq.mm.armoured flat type Copper Cables for electrical motor, control panel, pressure switch, jockey motor etc., all incidentalcharges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition whereverfound neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply and laying of 3.5 core 16 sq.mm of Armoured Aluminium Cables for serive connection etc. The rate inclusive of all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Labour charges for the erection of 10 hp submersible pumpset in well /sump including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of well /sump.

Laying and jointing of 50mm G.I. Pipes and specials to proper line and level including jointing but excluding cost of pipes and jointing materials for plumbing works for providing water supply and sanitary works in the premises of the building etc.,
