Earth work excavation for pipe laying work by removing dense hard rock using controlled blasting method by drilling blast holes using compressor and jack hammer including dewatering wherever necessary, cost of gelatin electric detonator, licensed shot fireman, labour for filling earth in gunny bags, labour for excavation of earth, conveyance of earth including cost of gunny bags, M.S. plates, barricading,puttting up road diversion boards and providing red light signal during night, removal of debris etc,where open blasting is prohibited and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Providing the end concrete at all manholes with PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for plain cement concrete works including laying in layers of not more thean 15cm thick including ramming curing, etc complete to proper shape to support the pipe and prevent leaking including all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half M Sand and three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel reinforcement using MS (or) RTS rods for all RCC item of works including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all RCC works including strutting upto 3.29m high in all floors using mild steel shutters of size 90cmx60cm of BG 10 stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mmx 25mmx3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The centering will be removed after specified period of concrete without damaging the concrete)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying of RCC non pressure spun pipe with socket and spigot ends as per IS 458/2003 manufactured with sulphate resistant cement with 12 mm HI -aluminaling with rupper ring joints.(NP3) Including cost and conveyance oa all materials.

Lowering RCC pipes and specials into the trenches and and laying to proper grade and alignment

Jointing RCC pipes with cement using necessary collars including the cost of jointing materials

Construction of manholes of different depths as per type desing/drawiong on sewer ling and provided with tight fitting FRC manhole frames and covers of 600mm dia of approved make and provision of encapsulated PVC foot rests. The manhole shall be of brickwork (with approved Country Kiln Burnt bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4") in CM 1:5 and plastered with CM 1:3 20mm thick inside and 12mm thick outside as per type design. Benching and Channeling should be provided in the Manhole and suitable diameter pipes for house service connection (Not exceeding 6Nos for each Manhole) to be left in the manholes as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate shall include earthwork, backfilling and de-watering wherever necessary Barricading, provision of danger lights as directed by the Engineer-in charge etc complete as per standard specification

Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available in layers of 150 mm thick, watering, ramming & consolidation complete as directed by the Corporation Engineer.

Barricading work (Where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.
