Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS or RTS Bar reinforcement to all RCC Works as per the design given including cost of steel and bending wire also all floors.

Flooring with Ellis pattern using 6 mm chips (No sand to be used) including all cost etc complete.

Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (One cement & Five sand) using size 9"x4 3/8" x 23/4" including fifnishing curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering for RCC exposed surfaces such as sunshade, beam, roof ceiling, plastering 1:3 to 10mm thick incluidng all cost etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5 to 12 mm thick including all cost etc., complete.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanized iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of gate and truss with MS angles and grills including labour charges complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying Hydraulic pressed paver block providing and laying of 63 mm thick high strength of hydraulic pressed paver Block in size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved nok skitting surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base prepareation of pavers as sub basem stone dust cushion 150 mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the paversl sweeping transporting loadin unloading of laying paver vlock as per the standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/.0) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 v Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continous earth wire conncection of 14 SEG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/3.0) PVC insulated unsheathed single core unsheathed copper Conductorcable of 1100V grade in suitableheavy gauge MS conduit pipeon wall and celling with M.S accessories inflush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS swithbox with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking CS plug with continuos earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed plug point.

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/3.0) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessorie in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A switch with continous earth wire connection of SWGTC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC open light/Fan Point (For electronic regulator) (5 Points per coil)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting etc, complete as per standard specifications SD-83

Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including through cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc.,

19. Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,
