Plain Cement concrete in 1:2:4 (one cement , two sand and four aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS hard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., for mixing laying , consolidating,levelling and curring etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.30&86.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix (One cement and four sand ) 12 mm thick including cost, conveyance of all to site and curing charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Collection,supply and filling of sand from approved quarry to work site and stocking to the Departmental gauge for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Engineer, to required depth not more than 15cm depth including cost and Conveyance of sand to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete complying with Standard Specification as per clause MORTH 30 Specification.

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM ) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the Prime surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying 20 mm compacted thick Premix carpet with seal coat type B using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size HBG metal and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm IRC size HBG metal with 14.60 kgs of of bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm of premix carpet and 0.06 cum of Sand with 6.00 kgs of bitumen for seal coat type B per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature for premix carpet in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 20 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat seperately to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site application of bitumen for sealcoat over premix carpet ,spreading tof seal coat etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 509 of Morth specifications.
