Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM STAIRCASE STEPS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarina props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specfication and as directed.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soiffts including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS, top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill slabs, sunshades etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete as directed.

STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 Mix (One cement one point sand Three hard broken granite stones) for all the reinforced cement concrete works using 20mm gauge hard blue granite stone jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for concrete mixing, laying, watering curing properly excluding cost of steel and centering etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ground floor

Supply fabrication and placing imposition of mild steel for steel rod of various sizes as directed including all labour charges for cutting and binding and tying with cost of binding wire, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in c.m 1: 5 (one cement and five sand) using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortor including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc,complete as per SS.

Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification -

Fillling with well gravel layers of not more than 30cm thick,well rammed, watered and compacted, complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Ceiling Plastering with C.M. 1:3 Mix (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges, watering curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with C.M. 1:5 Mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges, watering curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring Ceramic (No sand to be used) using with 6mm chips C.M.1:2 mix using 20mm thick including cost of materials to work site and all other labour charges

Supplying and fixing of AC Rainwater down fall pipes 10 cm dia with necessary specials, bend, clamp, screw, nails TW Plugs etc

Solid PVC door shutter using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fix in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The cover all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 70mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter

Daddoing the walls with first quality approved colour Glazed tiles of size 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make colour water closet of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap and foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position leveling complete with necessary connection as per standard specification

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc., Size : 0.60 X 1.85

Painting with enamal paint two coats for new Iron work including one coat of priming coat and using the best quality Iron primer and best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

Painting with plastic emulsion paint two coats over base coat for new plastered surface for using best quality and aproved colour of oil bound distemper conforming to ISI specification etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V)32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC sheathed Cu. Supply and Fixing of 48W LED Street light Fitting with necessary Bowl and Bracket and Bulp as per Standard Quality as per the Direction of the Departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the hutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, securityprotective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

S/F of twin sea saw two seater of 6'-0" length and 4'-0" height using 50mm G.I. pipe with two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer and platform using 1" paddale wood with polish as per direction of departmental officers.
