in two compartments ( 3500 litres of fresh water and 2500 litres of sludge) The whole tank should be made of steel plate 5mm thick and will confirm to IS 2062 Grade 'B'. The tank has blow- back arrangement for discharge of material from the sludge tank. Adequate sealing and locking arrangement is provided to render the door leak proof. Further, necessary arrangement for filling and draining the fresh water compartment is provided. A filter is provided in the inlet of the fresh water tank. The level indicator made of thick transparent acrylic tubing is provided on both fresh water and sludige compartments in positions convenient for the operator to view. Tanks should be provided with imported pressure relief valve and snifter valve to safe guard from explosion and implding. Suitable interlock mentioned in additional feature should be incorporated. The Exhauster/Compressor is of proven design with rated capacity of 7000-12000LPM or more of air flow F.A.D and is capable of generating vacuum of upto 90% vacuum during suction and alternatively pressure of upto 1.5 bar under pressure mode during Blow-back.

The unit is utilized for operating under vacuum for suctioning sludge through a 100 mm dia suction hose and alternatively in pressure mode for discharging by blow back the sludge from the tank without tipping / opening of the doors through a 4-way valve for change over from suction operation to pressure mode. The high pressure jetting pump should be reputed make and heavy duty positive displacement single acting triplex reciprocating plunger type pump having rate discharge capacity of 110-140 LPM at a pressure of 110-140 bar. The high pressure thermosetting plastic jetting hose (Dia 3/4", length 60 M) of IMM or PARKER make suitable to withstand maximum working pressure and varous operating forces during winding and unwinding operations is provided.The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump driven by vehicle PTO, hydraulic motor for winding/unwinding of jetting hose.
