Providing dowel bars of 20mm dia mild steel hooked at top including drilling holes of 40mm in hard rock to a depth of 1.00m and including dowel bars of 20mm dia such a way that 1.00m is inside hard rock 1.00m above and bend up for 0.40m length hard rock level and will be embeded to the foundation footing and filling the gab of dowel holes with cement mortar 1:1 mix including cost of dowel bars handling charges fabrication charges including labour for fixing in position and bending to shape etc., complete

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 10 cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcements grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S. plain rods / RTS rods and binding wire)

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supply and Delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16 mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of redoxide paint , for providing access to roof top of OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by Departmental Officers. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessry anchor bolts.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in M30 (one cement, one and half sane! and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc

Providing Ventilating arrangements with 50 mm GI pipes with mosquito proof nylon net and as directed by Departmental Officers

Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.15 m and as directed by Departmental Officers

Providing manhole cover of size 1x1 0.60 X 0.60M in RCC 1: 1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 5O x 5O x 6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Painting Emblem on the SR with enamel paint as per Board's specification and as directed by Departmental Officers
