Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

For plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc.,

M-20 CONCRETE - Providing and laying in position, standarised design mix M-20 Grade using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.70 cu.m.)940.50Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (2.80 cu.m.)462.00Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed jelly and with about (4.25 cu.m.)701.25Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever neccessary without clambing extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requierments of IS 383-2016. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the exces usage of materials as per design mix.) (SI No 81)

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement and three M Sand ) 12mm thick for all RCC surfaces like Roof slab, lintel, sun shades, plint beam etc., in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with Damp p course in cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting with First Quality Emulsion paint two coat including cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., complete.

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter

European Water Closet (Colour) with 'P' or 'S' Trap with Double Flapped seat and seat cover with Brass Highes and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flusing tank with all internal fittings

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank 2000 Liter capacity as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supply and fixing of mild steel grills and angles flats, purlin, truss, with angles as per direction of department officer etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing with Galvalume Colour Sheet of size 0.47mm thick including necessary bolt, nuts and bitumen washed etc., completed - 10 m2

Flooring finishing with first quality plain ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete.

Daddoing the walls with first quality colour glazed tiles of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

Paving the floor with Granite Slab (super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 1.2m x 0.60m and above of 18mm to 20mm thickness in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 25mm thick and white cement slurly layer of 3mm thick over this, laid in situ and pointed with white cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment including cutting the marble slab to size with machine cutting polishing using different grade of corporandum stone, oxalic acid, tin oxide etc., and including hire charges or polishing machinery etc., complete. For Jet Block Colour.
