Supply and fixing of Retro Reflective Single arrow road name sign board of size 1600mm x 900mm made out of retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956 – 09 & as per IRC 67-2012 specifications fully covered over 2mm thick aluminium and back support frame SS angle of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, supported by 2 nos of vertical posts 65NB SS pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation of size 300mm x 300mm x 450mm with M15 grade cement concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation, cost of all materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete. The sign board background shall be blue in color with letters and border in white. 10 years pre-qualification warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflective sheeting from the sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 including 3 years outdoor weather exposure report for the retro reflective sheeting offered shall be submitted by the contractor for technical qualification in the tender.

The item includes earthwork excavation, cost of all materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete. 10 years pre-qualification warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflective sheeting from the manufacturer & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 including 3 years outdoor weather exposure report for the retro reflective sheeting offered should be submitted

Supply and installation of Delineators (Roadway indicators) not less than 800mm high above ground level. The delineator shall have a core and shell construction which shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic outer body. The inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm. The delineator should consist of top retro-reflective unit consisting of white color micro prismatic non metallic retro-reflective sheeting of minimum exposed area 125 cm2 and bottom retro-reflective unit consist of red color micro prismatic non metallic retro-reflective sheeting with 35 cm2 minimum exposed area confirming with ASTM D4956 type XI standards. The delineators shall be fixed to the ground by inserting the root of the delineator up to the marked portion and by firm concrete filling as per the instructions by engineer in-charge.

Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Marker that are made of tough, high impact resistant, injection - molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability. The dimension of Flexible Median Marker should not exceed 18.4 cm in height(including shank height),12.5 Cm in width. ,0.65 cm in thickness and shank depth shall be 3.4 cm The body structure shall be rounded at all its corners and edges. The plastic used for molding the Flexible Median Marker should survive impact load of 5kg continuously for 750 times at room temperature. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have flame like shaped body with, fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 90 Cm square, with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-09 type XI specifications reflectivity values. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be one or both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The Flexible Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting as recommended by manufacturer
