Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Parts of crushed stone M-sand and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification (The crushed stone sand to be used on cocrete work shell conform to gradation as per IS :383-1970 and aiso as per IS 456-2007)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) MIX (one cement & four P-sand) 12 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-2o Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of M.S (or) ribbed Tar steel for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting and fabricaton and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and five sand using lInd class chamber bricks of size 9"x 4 3/8 x 2 3/4 includidng cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing of steel grill work doors and windows including cost of all material fabrication charges and fixing charges etc. complete

Roofing with best approved quality new asbestos cement fully corrugated sheet 6 mm thick (Gray colour) withnecessary 'J' or 'U' bolts and nuts of 8 m dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25 mm dia nad 1.60 mm thick for each bolt. The rate include cost of AC sheet, taxes, transporting charges, labour charges for costting the AC sheet in psoition covering te portion of bolts with bitument compoundas directed by the departmental officers etc. complete complying with standard specifications

Paving the floor with design Rajasthan kotta tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 610 mm x 610mm x 20mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement etc, complete as per standard specification

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq., mm., PVC insulated SC unscheathed cu. conductor of 1100 Volts grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W. Switch box and 5A F.T.Switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug wfth painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open plug point
