Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Painting one coat with White cement for Priming coat in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed.-100sq.m S.I.333

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Manufacturing supply & fixing of Retro-Reflective Road name sign board single arrow size 1.0x0.5m size made out if wide angle cuble corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32 NB stainless steel pipe all around and 65 NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30cmx45c mets complete. The information message shall be made out of cut out letters in Blue colour transparent overlay film as per IRC 67-201 Guidelines, 7 years pre qualification warranty for Retro Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. The sign board shall be Retro-Reflective type XI. The Retro-Reflective sheeting should have manufacturers WATER MARK on the sheeting surface for identification and the reflective sheeting should be orientation free.
