Providing centering using M.S.Sheet sides and soffits for R.C.C column raising including all cost and conveyance etc complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of L angle, Grill including cutting, bending , welding and erection charges etc.

PAINTING new IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars Weld mesh, wire mesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COATS of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over a base coat of red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work.

Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

Providing rain water harvesting using 3 nos.of RCC well rings of 90cm inner dia (clear) with 5cm wall thickness made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken jelly to a height of 30cm each supplying and fabricating 16 nos. of 6mm dia MS rod vertically and 3 nos. of 6mm dia MS rod circumferentially tied together with 18 guage binding wire for well rings including necessary earth work excavation 1m dia to a depth of 1m, supplying and filling 40mm HBG inside the erected well ring to a depth of 90cm, and top covered with RCC circular perforated cover slab of 1m dia and 5cm thick which inclusive of cost and fabrication of 6mm M.S reinforcement at 15 cm spacings on both directions and one 6mm M.S rod ties at the edge of the slab circumferentially including cost of moulding, curing, finishing and well placing in position and disposing off excavated earth with all initial leads and lifts in places as shown by the Departmneal officers etc., complete in all respects.
